Aji verde Aguacate sauce is impeccable with distinction and flavor. So lets get started right away with this recipe!

Avocado– A alternative to the authentic recipe. I just like the texture and smoothness avocado holds when blended. honestly and you can’t go wrong with healthy fats!
Cilantro– intertwines well with the parsley providing its distinct aroma often found in Aji Verde.
Parsley- Packs a nice fresh note that complements sauces.
Lime- the acidity is a game changer from the lime and flavor it accentuates with the sauce.
